Hi, I am Jameer

I have been building software for more than ten years. I started in Lucknow right after campus placement, joined Laitkor Infosolutions, and stayed for three years. That period taught me a lot of tech—and I also got to work onsite in Ireland for three months.

After that I started Enginesoft Infosolutions. I wore many hats: talking to clients, planning work, and leading a team of about ten developers. We ran for two years before I moved on.

During the pandemic I joined R Systems in Noida and spent roughly three years as an individual contributor for a US automotive client. Later I worked at another company for over a year before the team size pushed me to look for a new role.

Today I am at JKTech. I lead six developers and two QA engineers. I turn business documents into technical plans, split work across the team, and design systems end to end. I also stay close to DevOps—things like GitHub Actions and Terraform when we ship or change infrastructure.
